"The Power of Prayer: My Guiding Word for 2025!"

Every year, I select a word to guide me through the year. I debated between the words "prayer" and "bold." I ultimately chose "prayer," believing that my boldness will be enhanced through an active prayer life. There was a period when I prayed about every single aspect of my life. This practice led me to a more peaceful and mindful way of living. I became more centered and less influenced by my emotions. My prayer life was so strong that it naturally resulted in immense faith.
Over the years, I must admit that I didn't prioritize my prayer time as I used to. Like many others, I often reached out to a close friend or family member before dedicating time to prayer. Consequently, I am eager to revive my prayer life and embrace the joy it will bring.
Here are methods to include prayer in your daily routine:
Morning Gratitude Ritual- Start each day with a morning gratitude prayer.
Prayer Room/Corner-Dedicate a room or space in your home dedicated to prayer.
Mindful Meals-Turn mealtime into a sacred moment. Before eating, take a brief pause before you eat to say a blessing or reflect on what you're thankful for.
Take a Walk in Nature-Spend time outdoors and turn your walks into a prayerful experience.
Prayer Jar-Create a prayer jar where you can place written prayers or intentions.
Evening Reflection-End the day with a moment or reflection, prayer and gratefulness.
